Our well-developed, 20 acre shady resort community with tall, mature trees and a lot of green grass is situated on the beautiful Trinity River, a renowned steelhead and salmon fishery and a kayak and rafting destination. With 50 RV spots and 6 cabins on a larger 120 acre riverfront peninsula, renting an RV site in the Resort offers a unique opportunity to live in a relaxing, picturesque setting, right on the river, at the base of the Trinity Alps in the Shasta-Trinity Wilderness.

At 1,200 foot altitude, the winters are mild and the warm summer months are perfectly suited to riverfront living. Resort amenities include a swimming pool, recreational hall with pool table, bocce court, mini golf course, country store, sports field, dog park, walking trails and more. Located on Highway 299, the resort is 25 miles from Willow Creek and 29 miles from Weaverville, a charming gold rush town which has a large Holiday Market grocery store, golf course, mountain biking trails, movie theater, hospital, restaurants and more. We are 73 miles from Redding to the East and 70 miles round coastal Eureka and the giant redwoods parks to the West. Lakes reachable by a day trip include Lewiston and Trinity (less than an hour), Shasta and Whiskeytown.
