Note: Office & Store are closed November 1 to May 1. Self check-in is required from Nov. to April.
CANCELLATION POLICY
RV and tent sites: If an RV or tent site reservation is cancelled 2 weeks or more prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund less a $25 processing fee. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue a 50% refund less the $25 fee. For a reservation cancelled 1 week or less prior to the arrival date, no refund is given.
Lodging: If a lodging (cabin or doublewide) reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund less $25 processing fee. For a reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, no refund is given.
For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
NOTE: Weather and air quality are not exceptions to the cancellation / refund policies. We suggest opting into the Sensible Weather protection on Campspot or obtaining travel insurance if you want to insure against unsatisfactory weather and air quality conditions.
MINIMUM # OF NIGHTS DURING SUMMER
When making your reservation, please keep in mind that there is a two night minimum for cabins, doublewide trailer and glamping tents during Summer months.
RV Sites have a two night minimum during Summer holiday weekends.
A single night reservation may be accepted on a case by case basis - you must call to request an exception.
MAXIMUM GUESTS OCCUPANCY
No RV site can have more than 10 people without prior approval. Cabins, glamping tents and 2BR doublewide do not have set occupancy limits but are subject to extra person charges in excess of 2 people.
SMOKING POLICY
We do not allow marijuana smoking anywhere on the property. Having a Medical Marijuana card does not exempt anyone from this policy.
PET POLICY
Up to two dogs per site are allowed if they are non-aggressive and quiet. All dogs must be on leash at all times, no exceptions.
TRASH
Trash must be put into trach bins by 3 pm due to wildlife concerns. Guests may put trash in the dumpster at the front of the property at any time.
Each day, guests may dispose of a reasonable trash amount that fits in the existing trash bins. Guests may not dispose of large items (packaging, broken chairs or umbrellas, etc.). An extra fee will be charged for large items left behind.
CLEANING
Please wash your dishes before departure. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged to your account to clean dishes. A $100 fee will be charged to your account for extra cleaning of furniture, fixtures or equipment (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) beyond normal usage.
DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
KEYS
There will be at least a $10 charge, per key, for all keys not returned upon check-out.
BE CRITTER AWARE
We have wildlife in the area. Please don’t leave your food or trash accessible.
CHECK-IN TIME AND LATE ARRIVALS
Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Guests may arrive as early as 1:00 PM to use the facilities at no extra charge however their reserved accommodations may not be available until 3:00 PM.
For guests arriving after the office is closed (generally 6 pm) a map with your name will be taped on the door on the side of the store, including site name/number, site location, Wi Fi, and other basic information.
A Ring doorbell on the front of the store is available for after hour emergencies. Guests may also use the Wi Fi to phone or text park management at the number listed on the map.
CHECK-OUT TIME
All reserved sites and accommodations must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM. However guests may remove their belongings, re-park their vehicles and continue to use the facilities up until 2:00 PM at no extra charge.
Unless previous arrangements have been made, late departures (after 2:00 PM) will incur a day-use-fee and may be charged automatically without prior notice. It is the responsibility of our guests to know what time it is.
Early arrivals and extended stays can be arranged (ahead of time) by paying an additional day-use-fee.
EXTRA PERSON FEES
Cabin, DW (Lair) and tent rates include 2 people. Extra persons are $6 per night Mon to Thurs and $8 per night Fri to Sun.
RV and tents site rates include 6 people - extra persons are $4 per night Mon to Thurs and $6 per night Fri. to Sun.
If uncertain about how many people you will have, you can include an estimate and settle up with the office based on the exact extra person numbers.
PET FEES FOR CABINS/THE LAIR
$8 per night per pet.
DAY-USE-FEES
The day-use-fee is currently $25 per person for up to 5 hours. Fees are subject to change.
QUIET HOURS
Park quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
SPEED LIMIT
The 5 mph speed limit will be strictly enforced.
