A modern, well-appointed park model, with a patio view of the river & fast, dedicated Starlink WiFi. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. It has a full kitchen, bedroom and two sleeping lofts. One loft has two twin beds, the other a queen bed. The ground floor bedroom has a full-sized bed. TV for streaming.

A mini-split AC system blows cool air in the living room & bedroom. Private patio & fire pit/grill + access to the park’s amenities including a pool, mini golf, game room, disc golf, bocce court, and more. A large fridge and gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster & coffee maker along with cooking and eating utensils. Bedding and towels provided.
